Your choices and rights
Marketing consent is separate and voluntary. Reply STOP, 停止 or BATAL, or contact us below to stop marketing and request access or correction. Opting out does not affect an issued coupon or normal customer service.
Retention and security
Only authorised staff may handle the data and we do not sell it. We use reasonable access controls and retain data only for business, dispute handling, abuse prevention and legal needs. A minimal suppression record may remain after opt-out to prevent accidental re-contact.
Service providers
Website hosting, database and WhatsApp providers may process necessary data for us. We require relevant services to process it only for authorised purposes with appropriate safeguards.
